1. Taking the order
The customer’s order is taken at the table,Where the waiter is prompted to enter instructions such as how
cooked, no garnish etc. Or even the option of adding hand written mssages. The order can then beReviewed and amended with the
Customer.
2. Sending the order
After confirmation from the waiter the order is sent. The food and drink is sent to the appropriate kitchen printers and the customer’s bill is updated at the ICRTouch
Terminal.
3. Printing the order
Full details and breakdown can be printed along with the waiters name, time of order, table number, and any instructions; including the
hand written messages.
4. Delivering the order
The waiter is able to stay in the service area and continue to take orders from other tables until the order is ready for collection and
delivery to the customer.
5. Paying the bill
When the customer wishes to pay their bill the waiter can print it via the WaiterPad. Payment is then taken at the ICRTouch terminal pay
station. Alternatively, you can adopt a pouch system, whereby the bill for this product here...
